so last night i went to the release party for my friends show on discovery channel
it's called "guinea pig" (http://www.discoverychannel.ca/guineapig/ )... oh my goodness is the show good ( from my point of view way cooler than mythbusters....)
it was held in the comic strip, on bourbon st. , west edmonton mall.
before they aired the show a few comics went onstage.
iam perhaps to critical when it comes to comedy, but i think i'd like to try a night.
(ivan walks into a round spotlight)

Any time a person is standing on stage and there are bright lights on them.. It’s pretty much about masturbation, I mean I’m either gonna reach over and give you all the five finger shuffle and make you feel good about yourselves, or I’m going to spend my five minutes stroking my pickle ( metaphorically ) with abstract humor and then saying to myself after "yup they didn’t get it”
You know running around like paul revere on the pony express screaming "the Russians are coming ..."
